At RUD, we take pride in creating high-quality, custom knit shrugs made with care and attention to detail. Some of our shrugs are made-to-order, which means they are crafted just for you once your order is placed.

Processing Time

• Made-to-order shrugs: Please allow 1–2 weeks excluding delay for us to knit and prepare your custom piece before it ships.
• Ready-to-ship items: These will be processed and shipped within 2–3 business days.

Shipping Times

• Domestic Shipping: Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days.
• International Shipping: Delivery times vary based on destination and customs processing but usually take 7–21 business days.
